Epigraph

Every human life is precious and sacred and killing one is like killing the whole of humanity. (Al Quran 5:32)

On account of this, We prescribed for the children of Israel that whosoever killed a person — unless it be for killing a person or for creating disorder in the land — it shall be as if he had killed all mankind; and whoso gave life to one, it shall be as if he had given life to all mankind. And Our Messengers came to them with clear Signs, yet even after that, many of them commit excesses in the land. (Al Quran 5:32)

I will make my case by presenting a few videos and articles. It is a cumulative case.

I have repeated the same verse twice as epigraph above for this post. First the short version to highlight the sacredness of human life and then the context of the verse, which is all revealed religions and especially the Abrahamic faiths, Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

This presentation is about foundation of human rights, God and Abrahamic faiths, and the right to life for the Palestinians, be they in Gaza, the West Bank or the state of Israel, and each and every human.

Other than the strict vegetarians, a large majority of humans do enjoy eating meat, shall we say chicken, lamb, goat and beef. Certainly, no one alive today will like to defend cannibalism!

This collection is about the foundation of human rights. We need a firm grounding for human rights and their self evident right to life, as was revealed in the Nuremberg trial after WWII and holocaust as discussed in the article below:

On view of atheism, humans are merely more evolved apes, monkeys or lemurs.

When we look at the 34,000 killed in Gaza, majority innocent women and children in broad daylight, we realize that there is something missing and the God of the Quran and the Bible is still relevant and not dead in our age of information and science:

When humans are having good and prosperous days, they start questioning the very need of accountability and why a the Most Loving and Merciful God had to prescribe hell, whatever the details may be. It is only when we see crimes against humanity by the terrorists or unjust wars, wherever they may be that human conscience cries out for accountability and more. Even Albert Einstein, who did not believe in freewill and human accountability did believe in accountability for Adolf Hitler for his crimes against humanity of holocaust:

After the first rebuttal by William Lane Craig in the above debate when he offered a knock down argument why Sam Harris’ book was incoherent, he resolved to one of the favorite topics by atheists in a difficult situation, the question of evil or the question of suffering.
