| 97:1. Surely, We sent it (Quran) down on the Night of Glory. |
إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ
|
| 97:2. What will explain to you what that Night of Glory is? |
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ
|
| 97:3. The Night of Glory is better than a thousand months. |
الْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
|
| 97:4. On that night the angels and the spirits descend again and again with their Lord’s permission on every task. |
الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَالرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
|
| 97:5. Peace and blessing it is until the rising of the dawn! |
سَلَامٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ الْفَجْرِ
