First of all I want to thank Prof. John Lennox for defending God of Islam and Judaism most of the time rather than Jesus’ Divinity. However, I do have a question for him, If Jesus was Divine, Who did he worship?
Wherever John Lennox is defending the God of Abrahamic faiths as the Creator of our universe, I agree with him. I, of course, don’t have to agree with his view of Triune God, as our universe existed for billions of years before the Jesus the man existed, even if he had a divine nature that was eternal.
Around minute 53 Lennox makes some good points in tackling the atheist’s favorite question, “Who created God?”
This debate along with the articles linked below would offer a more wholesome understanding of God of Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, John the Baptist, Jesus and Muhammad, may peace be on them all.
